Products purchased from Sweet Mocha Tumbler Co may contain names and other personally identifiable information. By confirming an order you are accepting the Terms & Conditions, purchaser agrees to allow Sweet Mocha Tumbler Co to use product photos at its discretion for advertising and marketing purposes, including print, website, or other media.
We are happy to provide custom order quotes! Each quote will expire @11:59pm on the “VALID UNTIL” date. If another quote is required, discounts and prices are subject to change. Standard production time may vary based on order volume. More information will be in the "fine print" of a custom quote.
Each item is handcrafts and most often made to order and sometimes mistakes happen. If we catch a mistake before shipping, we will go ahead and fix/remake the item. This may delay the ship date of your item(s). If a mistake happens that isn't found before shipping, we will do everything to make it right.
We will always fix items that have mistakes made on our behalf and provide a return shipping label to send your item back.
If there is a mistake made on your order that is due to a typo or the customer input the incorrect information, we will try to accommodate in finding a solution. We will offer to fix any item that was not on our behalf, however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and subject to an additional "fix it" fee for no less than 50% of the original price.
While each item is made to order, you may find that if you didn't order glitter, you may still end up with a speck here or there. I do my best to keep my areas clean etc. I am not perfect and with all hand crafted items, you should not expect them to be perfect either. There may be elements within your design they are not intended to be. Flaws are not considered "mistakes" and will not interfere with the overall design or quality of your item.
Each item ships once it is completely cured (3 days after final coat). Shipping an item before the full cure time may cause the finish to be damaged.
All tumblers and any items weighing 16oz. or more will ship USPS Priority Mail. Tracking number is included as well as insurance.
Once an order shows it's been accepted by USPS it is no longer in our hands and Sweet Mocha Tumbler Co has no control over the progress of getting from us to you. If your order has shipped and it is delayed during transit, there is nothing we can do. We do everything we can to ship items in a timely manor, however, sometimes Priority mail (2-3 days) can take up to a week to reach it's destination.
If your packages is lost or stolen during transit OR your package arrives damaged causing damage to the contents, please contact USPS to file a claim. Filing a claim is the customer's responsibility, be sure to have your tracking number ready.
